Yes. There is a fee to be paid directly to ISA to retake a failed exam. By taking and finishing any of the IC32, IC33, IC34, and IC37 training courses, participants are eligible to challenge for a professional certificate. Participants has one chance to try the certificate exam, included in the training with no additional cost, and six months to approve it and earn the certificate. Within that period of time, participants can try as many times as needed until passed. Retakes has a FEE to be paid to ISA, around $150. Since about a year ago, ISA is also allowing to extend the six months period with an additional FEE. I encourage everyone to take the exam as soon as possible. It is not good to wait more than two months after attending to a training event.
