I have failed to pass the IC32, IC33, IC34 or IC37 certificate exam. Please advise me what can I do to retake the retake the failed or missed certificate exam?

If you failed the official certification exam, you must request a new opportunity directly with the ISA. This can be done from your user account on the ISA portal or by sending a request to certifications@isa.org. Always follow ISA instructions as it may vary over time. You can also open a support ticket on our portal so we can help or assist you through the process.
